CMI has its manufacturing unit located in Barasat, Kolkata with a combined space of over 60,000 square feet (5500 sq.mtrs). Currently we have a capacity of approx. 150,000 pieces per month. In addition we manufacture garments with our partner factories in Bangladesh, giving us the flexibility to produce an additional quantity between 50,000 to 150,000 pieces per month.
Our unit uses the latest technology with imported stitching and finishing machines made by renowned manufacturers like Brother, Juki and Sunstar. We have an advanced CAD system from Gerber, Germany, for precise pattern making and drawing as well as auto-nesting software for efficient marker generation. Our certification under ISO 9001:2015 from DNV, Netherlands demonstrates the quality systems and procedure we have put in place to ensure efficiency and quality.
