INFRASTRUCTURE
CMIL’s primary manufacturing facility is located in Barasat, Kolkata, with a total area of 65,000 square feet and a workforce of over 500 skilled workers. The facility executes a full range of production processes from cutting to shipping and has a production capacity of approximately 150,000 pieces per month.
Our units are equipped with the latest technology, including imported stitching and finishing machines from renowned manufacturers such as Brother, Juki, and Sunstar. We also employ advanced CAD systems from Gerber, Germany, for precision pattern making and auto-nesting software for efficient marker generation.
CMIL is ISO 9001:2015 certified by DNV, Netherlands, reflecting our commitment to maintaining stringent quality control systems and efficient production standards.

FIRE FIGHTING
Comprehensive fire safety measures are in place, including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and alarm systems. Our facility is fully licensed by the relevant fire safety authorities, and staff are trained to operate all equipment in case of emergencies.
HEALTH & SANITATION
Our premises include a well-maintained dining hall with adequate space and seating, along with clean, filtered drinking water and proper washing facilities. First aid resources are readily available, supported by trained personnel for medical assistance when needed. Air and water quality are periodically monitored to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
